Location and facilities

The comfortable Hotel & Appartement Schranz is located in the Lahn district, approx. 3 km from the centre of Wald im Pinzgau. The nearest shopping opportunities can be found only approx. 100 m away. The Ski Arena Wildkogel ski area is located at a distance of approx. 5 km and Zillertal Arena is located approx. 12 km away. A ski bus stop is approx. 100 m down the road.

The cosy accommodation's facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi, a breakfast room, restaurant (approx. 50 m), a bar, as well as a ski room with boot heater. Free of charge parking spaces are available at the accommodation.

Upon prior reservation at the reception you can also use the sauna and the relaxation room for free. If paid for locally, there is also a solarium and a infrared cabin available to use.

Board

When booking a double room, the breakfast buffet with fresh and regional ingredients, and home-made marmalade, is included. Vegetarian dishes are available and on request, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes can also be prepared (for a fee).

The apartments are self-catered. For a fee in resort, breakfast can be added for apartment guests.

Important notes

  • Guests staying in a mountain hotel receive a free ascent on the day of arrival (starting at 15:00) and a free descent on the day of departure (until 11:00). This is only valid if a lift pass is redeemed for the day after arrival.
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
