Show on map The tasteful 4-star Hotel Der Waldhof is situated amongst a mountainous landscape, approx. 400 m away from the resort centre of Zell am See and about 250 m away from the Zell am See-Kaprun ski area. When snow conditions allow it, you can ski back down to the hotel. A ski bus stops about 50 m away.

The hotel's general facilities are comprised of a reception area, lobby, lift, Wi-Fi and Internet corner, two lounges, breakfast room, restaurant, bar café, parlour, children's playroom, table football (for a fee), billiards (for a fee), table tennis, wine cellar, ski and boot room with ski boot dryer as well as a terrace.

Free parking spaces as well as a fee-based parking garage can also be found and used where available.

The approx. 1,000 m² spa area, which is separated into family and adult areas (adult area: ages 18+), can be used for free daily (opening hours as per info in resort). In the family area, guests will find an indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, Finnish sauna, family sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, hot tub, Kneipp basin and a relaxation room. The adult area additionally offers an herbal sauna, earth sauna, spa showers and plunge pool. For a fee, massages can also be enjoyed. The hotel also offers a fitness room, which can also be used for free.

Board

The Half-Board PLUS package included in the holiday price comprises a breakfast buffet, an afternoon snack and a buffet-style dinner including a salad bar. A special children’s menu is provided for our youngest guests. Special themed evenings are held once a week.
If you book the rooms with AI light, a lunch or packed lunch and drinks are included in addition to the above-mentioned meals (07:30 - 23:00 - coffee, tea, soft drinks, house wine, open beer).
