Due to the interconnection of 5 different ski areas, the region offers around 130 km of cross-country trails, between 3 and 25 km length. The Espace Diamant offers various tracks with altering levels of difficulties, as to provide a large selection for both beginners as well as experts
Especially the area of Les Saisies holds many cross-country opportunities. The trails lead you through wonderful landscapes over a total length of 120 km. Especially the longer tracks offer fantastic views of the towering Mont Blanc, Val d'Arly or the Chaîne des Aravis, which is an adequate compensation for the efforts. Les Saisies was the venue of the cross-country and biathlon contests within the Olympic Games in 1992.
