Location

The modern 4-star Résidence Club L'Altaviva apartments complex is located directly in the centre. Alpine skiers can get on a slope directly at the door. Local shopping opportunities as well as cafés and restaurants are just outside the door.

Facilities

The accommodation features various facilities, such as a reception, a lobby area, Wi-Fi, a lounge, a luggage storage room and a hotel restaurant. Outdoors, hotel guests can find a terrace. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Drivers can use a parking garage (for a fee) and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

The wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul (for a fee). Your accommodation features an indoor pool. When it’s time to rest and recharge, visit a sauna, a steam bath and a whirlpool (for a fee). Let the stress of everyday life dissipate in the relaxation room. Massages are available for a fee and help encourage an overall sense of well-being.

Children

On request, you will be provided with a baby package. Your accommodation offers a childcare service (for a fee) - mentioned services as well as validity periods are subject to change, please ask your accommodation for more information. In our mini club children (4 - 17 years) will find new friends and discover new hobbies (for a fee).

Important notes

• Please note that the wearing of bathing shoes is compulsory in the spa area. These can also be purchased on site.
• Should you make use of any additional services on site for a fee, these will not be charged during your trip but will be invoiced by the agency following your return.
• Guests staying in the Premium Apartments will be provided with a free parking space in the parking garage on site.
• When you book a 6-day lift pass, you will receive a free upgrade to a 7-day lift pass on arrival at the lift ticket office upon presentation of your voucher.
• When you purchase a lift pass valid for 6 or more days, it entitles you to free entry to the Le Lagon swimming pool in Tignes (see information on site).
