Location

The comfortable Les Alpages de Val Cenis apartments complex invites its guests to experience local flair approx. 500 m away from the centre of Lanslebourg at an altitude of approx. 1.400 m. The centre of Val Cenis deserves a visit, and is approx. 7 km away from the accommodation. You can access the ski area by taking the Pré Novel gondola lift approx. 100 m away, or the Ramasse cable car approx. 750 m away. Alpine skiers can get on a slope directly at the door. Ski buses stop within about 50 m. You can hire winter sports equipment nearby. Nearby shopping opportunities can be reached within approx. 1 km.

Facilities

Built in the traditional Savoyard style, the residence comprises five charming and very well-equipped chalets, which are connected by footpaths and each feature a lift and a ski depot. The main building houses a reception with Wi-Fi, a lounge area with seating area and a fireplace, a luggage storage room, the hotel’s own restaurant and a bar. On site there are parking spaces and a parking garage – subject to availability.

Spa

In the spa area (Sun–Fri: 10.30 am–7.30 pm) you will find a sauna, a hot tub and a steam bath. The heated outdoor pool is available to guests in the outdoor area of the accommodation. Beauty treatments and massages are available for a fee. The solarium also offers the chance to unwind. Opening hours and validity periods are subject to conditions. you enjoy a relaxing holiday here: the beds are made up on your arrival and final cleaning (excluding the Kitchen) is also included!

Important notes

• Minimum age for access to fitness room: 16 years old
• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• Bookings for winter 2026/27: The contracts with the accommodation will be finalised in summer. In the unlikely case that the contracts for next winter with this accommodation can't be confirmed (for example, due to change of owner or dramatic price increases) or should the arrival/departure dates change, you can change or cancel your booking free of charge.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead on the premises.
• Please observe the house rules regarding access to the spa area (see information on site).
• Swimming trunks must be worn in the swimming pool; swim shorts are not permitted! You must bring your own towels for the swimming pool or hire separate towels (for a fee).
• At certain times (see information on site), access to the spa area is restricted to guests aged 15 and over!
• The deposit for the apartment can be paid by credit card or bank cheque.
• Please settle all charges (e.g. tourist tax) on site by the evening before your departure.
• Cots and high chairs must be requested at the time of booking, as only a limited number are available.
• The lift pass can be used daily in Val Cenis and, if you book a 6-day lift pass, one day in each of the other five Haute Maurienne resorts (Aussois, La Norma, Valfréjus, Bessans or Bonneval Sur Arc).
