Location

The comfortable 3-star Hotel Neubichler Alm is located approx. 10 km from the centre of Bad Reichenhall at an altitude of approx. 800 m. The centre of Piding, always a perfect place for an excursion, is approx. 4.5 km away. Access to the ski area is possible via the "Götschen" lift, which is about 23 km away. You can enjoy sporting activities on the toboggan run approx. 12 km from the hotel. Piding railway station is around 4.5 km away. The first shopping facilities are approx. 4.5 km away and the nearest cafés and restaurants are approx. 3.7 km away.

Facilities

The facilities of the rural hotel include a reception (08:00 - 12:00 & 15:00 - 19:00, subject to change), lounge, breakfast room, hotel restaurant and hotel bar. You can store your winter sports equipment in the ski cellar. There are parking spaces on site - subject to availability.

Spa

In the spa area you will find a sauna, sauna and steam bath. You can also relax in the relaxation room.

Children

The large children's play and sports park is located in the basement and has a climbing wall, a sales counter for ice cream, coffee, cake and pizza, a playhouse construction site with large soft building blocks and a wheelbarrow, a pony yard with hobby horses and a "bouncy cow", a creative area with various painting options and a magnetic board. There are play tables for e.g. Connetix magnetic building blocks, Hubolino marble run, Lego Duplo, Brio Builder, PlusPlus, various games such as Giant Jenga, Monopoly Kids, exercise room with balance board, stacking blocks, balancing beams, 5.5m rope and play sofa Cots are available for an additional charge, high chairs are included (on request/subject to availability).

Board

Board when booking Rooms with half board includes a rich and generous breakfast buffet with regional products. In the evening, you can enjoy an à la carte meal or (at the chef's discretion) help yourself to the generous, extensive hot/cold buffet with soup, salad and popular dishes from the region. A Christmas menu is served at Christmas. Lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan alternatives are also available on request. For arrivals from 21.12.25 to 26.12.25 there is a Christmas package which includes half board, a welcome drink, a Christmas menu as well as mulled wine and biscuits on 24.12.25. For arrivals from 26.12.25 to 01.01.26 there is a New Year's Eve package, which includes half board and a welcome drink.

Important notes

  • This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
  • There is no dinner on the following days: Monday, Tuesday
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
  • Services included with the lift pass: 1 x daily toll for the Rossfeld panoramic road (only when using the toll road by car) (when booking with a lift pass, which must be shown at the NORD toll booth)
  • Important note: The RVO bus to the Rossfeld ski area can be used free of charge as part of the mandatory guest card. If a lift pass is presented, there is no toll fee.
  • Since the 24/25 season, skiing on the Jenner is no longer possible. However, use of the Jennerbahn cable car for pedestrians, tobogganists and winter hikers is included in the lift pass.

Reductions

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
