Ski holidays Bad Wildbad - Holidays between thermal springs and fir trees!

Bad Wildbad

Spa town flair and rural idyll, thermal baths and a healthy climate, plus a mountain that offers winter sports fans plenty of opportunities - this is Bad Wildbad in the Black Forest! Situated in the Enz valley, the resort is known primarily for its healing thermal waters and numerous health, spa and beauty facilities. However, it is also a paradise for active holidaymakers who are looking to balance out all these recreational offers - in summer as well as in winter. This means winter sports fans can let off steam on the pistes and the toboggan run on the Sommerberg or explore the winter landscape on the cross-country ski trails. Afterwards, they can take a relaxing dip in the thermal waters of one of the two spas or unwind in the sauna area. The spa also offers a wide range of cultural activities, including concerts and theatre performances.

Black Forest

Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte (Black Forest cherry cake), Cuckoo clocks and the "Bollenhut" (traditional women's hat) - all this is typical for the Black Forest region and enjoys world-wide recognition. 160 km long and approx. 60 km wide is the expanse of this central German mountain range, covering 11,400 m² in close proximity to Switzerland and France. The Black Forest, with its more than 70 peaks over 1,000 m altitude, is the highest of the German central mountain ranges. Sporty Alpine skiers, expectant cross-country goers, loves of good wine and cuisine and all those looking for some relaxation and pampering, are welcome to experience the benefits of the Black Forest.
