Location

The modern Alpen Hotel Seimler (Winter Special) hotel is located approx. 2,3 km away from the centre of Berchtesgaden. The Obersalzbergbahn cable car, which is approx. 2,1 km away, will take you to the ski area. Ski buses stop within about 250 m. The Berchtesgaden railway station can be reached after approx. 2,9 km.

Facilities

Our hotel offers various amenities, such as a reception, a lobby, Wi-Fi, a lift and a hotel restaurant. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room. Drivers can use a parking lot and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

Our wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul and enjoy a sauna and a steam bath. Your accommodation features an indoor pool (07:00 - 21:00). Opening hours of individual wellness facilities and validity periods are subject to change.

The half board plus catering plan includes a rich buffet style breakfast. In the afternoon guests can treat themselves to various tasty titbits. At dinner, our cooks put together a 3-course menu of choice with a salad bar.

Important notes

  • This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
  • Sauna area: Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Minimum age sauna area: 12 years
  • Included services when booking with lift pass: Use of the toboggan run at the Hochschwarzeck lift, use of the toboggan run at the Jennerbahn, 1 x daily toll for the Rossfeld panoramic road (only when using the toll road by car), 10% discount on the local thermal bath "Watzmanntherme" (upon presentation of the lift pass)
  • The RVO public bus to the Rossfeld ski area can be used free of charge as part of the obligatory guest card. If a lift pass is presented, there is no toll charge.
  • As of the 24/25 season, skiing on the Jenner will no longer be possible. However, use of the Jennerbahn cable car for pedestrians, tobogganists and winter hikers is included in the lift pass.
