Location

The modern Alpen Hotel Seimler (Winter Special) hotel is situated approx. 2,3 km away from the centre of Berchtesgaden. Access to the ski slopes is provided by the Obersalzbergbahn mountain railway approx. 2,1 km away. Ski buses stop within about 250 m. The Berchtesgaden railway station can be reached after approx. 2,9 km.

Facilities

Our hotel features various facilities, such as a reception, a lobby, Wi-Fi, a lift and a hotel restaurant. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room. Drivers can use a parking lot and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

Our wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul and enjoy a sauna and a steam bath. Your accommodation features an indoor pool (07:00 - 21:00). Opening hours of individual wellness facilities and validity periods are subject to change.

High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

The half board catering plan includes a rich buffet style breakfast. At dinner, our cooks put together a 3-course menu of choice with a salad bar.

  • This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
  • Sauna area: Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Minimum age sauna area: 12 years
  • Included services with the lift pass: Use of the toboggan run at the Hochschwarzeck lift (when booking with a lift pass) / Use of the toboggan run at the Jennerbahn (when booking with a lift pass) / 1 x daily toll for the Rossfeld panoramic road (only when using the toll road by car).   • The RVO bus to the Rossfeld ski area can be used free of charge as part of the obligatory guest card. If a lift pass is presented, there is no toll charge.
  • From the 24/25 season, skiing on the Jenner will no longer be possible. However, use of the Jennerbahn cable car for pedestrians, tobogganists and winter hikers is included in the lift pass.

Reductions
