Location

The modern Alpen Hotel Seimler (Winter Special) hotel is located approx. 2,3 km away from the centre of Berchtesgaden. You can access the ski area by taking the Eckerbichllift (Obersalzberg) gondola lift approx. 4,6 km away, or the Zinkenlift cable car approx. 7,9 km away. In addition, the Jennerbahn cable car operates in the area, the station is approx. 7,2 km away. The thermal spa Watzmann Therme also offers a special wellness experience and is situated approx. 1,6 km away. Ski buses stop within about 250 m. The Berchtesgaden railway station can be reached after approx. 2,9 km.

Facilities

Important notes

• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• Sauna area: Children must be accompanied by an adult
• Minimum age sauna area: 12 years
• Included services when booking with lift pass: Use of the toboggan run at the Hochschwarzeck lift, use of the toboggan run at the Jennerbahn, 1 x daily toll for the Rossfeld panoramic road (only when using the toll road by car), 10% discount on the local thermal bath "Watzmanntherme" (upon presentation of the lift pass)
• The RVO public bus to the Rossfeld ski area can be used free of charge as part of the obligatory guest card. If a lift pass is presented, there is no toll charge.
• As of the 24/25 season, skiing on the Jenner is no longer possible. However, use of the Jennerbahn cable car for pedestrians, tobogganists and winter hikers is included in the lift pass.
