The family-run 3-star Alpenhotel Bergzauber is located in Oberau. After about 7 km you reach the centre of Berchtesgaden and after about 3 km the ski area Zinkenlifte or after about 6 km the skiing area Rossfeld. A public bus stop (no ski bus) is about 400 m away.Facilities

Important notes
- There is no dinner on Wednesdays, you will receive a packed lunch on this day instead.
- Skiing on the Jenner will no longer be possible as of the 24/25 season. Nevertheless, use of the Jennerbahn cable car is included in the lift pass for pedestrians, tobogganists and winter hikers.
- The RVO public bus to the Rossfeld ski area can be used free of charge as part of the obligatory guest card. Provided that a lift pass is presented, no toll is charged for this.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
