Location

The comfortably furnished Hotel Alpina Ros Demming is located directly in the centre of Berchtesgaden. The Obersalzberg ski lifts are approx. 3 km away and the Götschen ski area is approx. 8.7 km away. A ski bus stops around 500 metres from the house and shopping facilities are around 200 metres away.

The general facilities of the accommodation include reception, Wi-Fi, lift, breakfast room, lounge, bar and ski cellar. Free parking spaces and a paid parking garage (on request) are available (subject to availability).

The hotel's spa area consists of a sauna, which may be used daily free of charge, jacuzzi and relaxation room. Massages are available for a fee and on request.

Important notes

  • As of the 24/25 season, skiing on the Jenner will no longer be possible. However, use of the Jennerbahn cable car is included in the lift pass for pedestrians, tobogganists and winter hikers.
  • The RVO bus to the Rossfeld ski area can be used free of charge with the obligatory guest card. If a lift pass is presented, there is no toll charge.
