Location and facilities
The popular and cosy 3-star Superior Ringhotel zum Harzer is located centrally but quietly in Zellerfeld, a district of Clausthal, in the middle of the beautiful Oberharz. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for trips to the surrounding area. From the hotel, you have direct access to the cross-country trails, and the ski area "Bocksberg" can be reached within approx. 9 km in Goslar-Hahnenklee. A practise slope can be found within approx. 500 m.The homely hotel is built in traditional Harz style and its facilities include a lobby with reception and safe, breakfast room and dining hall, the cosy restaurant "Calvör" and the wine cellar "Steigerbucht", a terrace and a ski cellar. The in-house sauna and relaxation room can be used daily for free, a solarium, beauty treatments and massages are offered for a locally payable fee. Free-of-charge parking spaces are also available.
With bookings for 5 nights you will get 1 x free exit to the Clausthal-Zellerfeld Mining Museum per stay, with bookings for 7 nights 1 x free entrance to the cultural heritage site Kaiserpfalz. With your guest card you will receive discounts for sights and leisure time offers in the region (e.g. public indoor pool, Oberharzer Mining Museum, services subject to change).
