Location
The 3-star Superior Dolomites Hotel Union, run with great attention to detail, is located about 1.4 km from the centre of Dobbiaco. A ski bus stop (approx. 50 m) and Dobbiaco railway station (approx. 150 m) are within easy reach and offer perfect connections to the Haunold ski area in San Candido, approx. 5 km away, and the entrance to the Three Peaks Dolomites ski area, approx. 9 km away. The cross-country ski trail starts right in front of your accommodation and a practice lift is about 800 metres away. A toboggan run is about 4.5 km away.Facilities
The hotel facilities include a reception, lounge, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, bistro, wine cellar and ski storage room. A charging station for electric cars (subject to a fee), free parking spaces and a parking garage (subject to a fee) are available at the hotel, subject to availability.The approx. 500 m² spa area (ages 16 and up of age) offers a swimming pool with panoramic views, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, hot tub, experience shower, relaxation area and a fitness area. An infrared cabin and a standing solarium are also available for a fee. Massages can be booked on site on request and for a fee (only applies to the 25/26 season). Use of an indoor tennis court and the services of a tennis instructor are also available (on request and for a fee).
One voucher per person per stay for a drink of the hotel's choice at the hotel bar is included (valid for stays of 4 nights or more, non-transferable, no cash alternative).
Upon check-in, you will receive a digital "Guest Pass" card, which entitles you to free use of public transport in South Tyrol (subject to change, see information on site).
The accommodation has been awarded the GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) certificate, which certifies environmentally friendly and sustainable practices. For example, employees receive ongoing training and the energy requirements are largely covered by emission-free solar panels, solar collectors and district heating.
Furthermore, the hotel is certified as a cross-country skiing hotel and has received an award for regionality as well as AIC certification for the preparation of gluten-free meals.
Board
The half-board included in the price includes a rich breakfast buffet and a choice between a typical and a Mediterranean or vegetarian 3-course menu in the evening (excluding themed evenings) with salad, vegetable and starter buffet. Occasionally there is also a dessert and cheese buffet as well as a smoothie buffet. The Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners are included in the price. Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes are available on request.Room type

Important notes
- Access to the spa area is permitted from the age of 16.
- No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 7 or under (age at the time of departure). For each adult lift pass purchased, one accompanying child of this age group receives a free ticket for use of the lifts on site (ID required). If there are more children than adults travelling with you, a children's lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
