Location and facilities
The welcoming Alpine Smart Residence is situated in a a quiet, sunny location, at an altitude of 1,000 m in Folgaria. The accommodation itself is a side building of the approx. 500 m distant Residence Alaska. The resort centre of Folgaria is about 800 m away and the Folgaria-Lavarone ski area can be reached after about 1.5 km. A ski bus stops about 500 m away.The accommodation has free Wi-Fi. The reception, TV room, ski room, table tennis, indoor pool and sauna are all located in the Residence Alaska and are available for you to use. Children ages 4-10 can be provided with free childcare (in the Residence Alaska). Free parking spaces can also be found at the accommodation and used where available.
Furnishing and Board
The cosy apartments and studios are furnished with a bath or shower/WC, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, sitting area, living/sleeping area, kitchenette with electric/gas hob, microwave, refrigerator and sometimes a balcony or terrace. The apartments also have a separate bedroom. Self-catering.Pets

Important notes
- Children born after 30/11/2011 will not receive a lift pass voucher. Instead, per purchased adult lift pass, one travelling child in this age range will receive a free lift pass in resort (ID required). Should there be more children on the booking than adults, further child lift passes have to be purchased locally. More information at the lift office.
- Should the kitchen not be clean upon departure, €30 will be withheld from the deposit.

- Tourist tax: approx. € 2,00 per person/night
- Deposit: € 200 per studio/apartment
- Should a tourist tax be introduced before your arrival, this is to be paid in resort.
