The family-led Le Cascate apartments complex is located in a quiet area approx. 3 km away from the centre of Livignio at an altitude of approx. 1.816 m. You can access the ski area by taking the Palipert gondola lift approx. 150 m away, or the Carosello 3000 I cable car approx. 1 km away. Approximately 5,5 km away there is an indoor swimming pool, the Aquagranda. Ski buses stop right at the door. Nearby shopping opportunities are just outside the door.
