Location

The modernly furnished Residence Color Home Suite Apartment is located around 1.4 km from the centre of Predazzo. The entrance to the ski area via the nearest mountain railway is about 4 km away. A ski bus stop is about 150 metres from the accommodation. The nearest shopping facilities are about 2 km away.

Facilities

The general facilities of the Residence include Wi-Fi, elevator as well as ski storage room. Free garage parking spaces are available, subject to availability. The accommodation offers a shuttle service to the Latemar ski area (see information on site).

The spa area invites you to linger and relax with its herbal steam bath, whirlpool, Finnish sauna, spa shower and relaxation room.

  • No lift pass voucher is issued for children 7 years and under. For each adult ski pass purchased, one accompanying child of this age group receives a free ticket for use of the lifts on site (ID required). If there are more children than adults travelling, a children's lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
