The family-led 4-star Autentis hotel is situated directly in the centre of Niederrassen. You can access the ski area by taking the Olang gondola lift approx. 5,5 km away, or the Ried cable car approx. 7 km away. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 200 m. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 100 m away from the hotel. Ski buses stop right at the door. The Olang railway station can be reached after approx. 3,5 km. Shopping opportunities as well as cafés and restaurants can be reached within approx. 200 m.Facilities

The half board plus catering plan includes a rich buffet style breakfast with regional products. Important notes
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
- Minimum age sauna area: 16 years
- No lift pass vouchers will be issued for children aged 7 or under (at time of departure). For each adult lift pass purchased, one accompanying child in this age group will receive a free ticket for use of the lift facilities on site (ID required). If there are more children than adults travelling, a children's lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
