Situated at an altitude of approximately 1,524 metres, Valtournenche is particularly striking for its stunning location on the southern flank of the Matterhorn on the Italian side. This idyllic village, set on a plateau, has a long tradition of tourism and was once the starting point for expeditions to the Matterhorn. In addition to a varied ski area, there are plenty of other opportunities to enjoy an active day.
