Ski area Arosa - Lenzerheide

The Arosa-Lenzerheide lift pass gives you access to 225 kilometres of piste and 43 lift systems in the largest interconnected ski area in Graubünden. The Hörnli-Urdenfürggli gondola lift has been connecting the Lenzerheide and Arosa ski areas since the end of 2013. This bridges the Urdental valley, which is the only separation between the two areas.

Arosa-Lenzerheide is located at lofty heights of 1,229 - 2,865 metres. Winter sports enthusiasts are guaranteed sunshine here, as the lifts are located on both the east and west sides of the valley. Beginners will find numerous blue pistes here, and there is also a wide range of activities for children. Among the many children's areas, the Kinderland Auarara with a practice slope, mini course and ski carousel as well as the Honigland Prätschli with a practice slope and various staging elements offer the best conditions for little skiers. Additional family fun is provided by the Zappelbär search game and the Globi piste, which inspire with playful elements. The Escape Routes - known as the "largest escape room in Switzerland" - represent a completely new form of entertainment. On four different puzzle routes, adventurers of all ages are in demand, because in addition to skills on the piste, team spirit and the ability to combine are also required.

The ski area is also extremely varied for experts. The "Silvano Beltrametti" World Cup downhill run, named after the former Swiss ski racer, has an average gradient of 35 per cent and a maximum gradient of 84 per cent. This makes the FIS race course one of the most difficult descents in the world. The Cumascheals speed course with time measurement and the Pedra Grossa racing piste are also available for speed skiers. A Skimovie race course with fully automated video cameras has been installed so you can watch your own run again. Freeriders will find several marked, ungroomed ski routes on the west side of the area.

If you want to explore the whole area in one day, take the "Runda Lai". It follows the course of the sun on the slopes from west to east and takes 4 to 5 hours, depending on your skiing ability. In between, it's worth stopping off at one of the cosy huts in the ski area, many of which offer free Wi-Fi access. Finally, the descents to the valley lead directly to Lenzerheide and Arosa, among others.

The Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area is particularly well-known for its comprehensive range of pistes. Winter sports enthusiasts particularly appreciate the wonderfully long descents of all levels of difficulty with plenty of room for advanced skiers and freeriders.
