The 4-star Sunstar Hotel Grindelwald is located in the centre of Grindelwald and the entrance to the ski area is just 700 m away via the Firstbahn lift.Facilities
The general facilities of the accommodation include a reception with lobby and left-luggage office, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, children's playroom and terrace. Parking spaces and a parking garage, as well as a charging station for electric cars are available for a fee. A free shuttle between the hotel and Grindelwald railway station is also available.The approximately 1000 m² spa area with indoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath, tepidarium, Kneipp pool and relaxation room is available to you free of charge. Massages and beauty treatments are available on site for a fee. The fitness room can be used free of charge.

Depending on the type of room and board booked, breakfast or half board is included in the holiday price. The breakfast option includes a breakfast buffet. - No lift pass vouchers are issued for children aged 5 or under; they ride the lifts for free when accompanied by a parent. For children skiing alone (e.g. in ski lessons), a lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
