The Val d'Anniviers ski region lies at an altitude of 1,340 metres to 2,980 metres. There are three ski areas for winter sports enthusiasts to choose from. The largest ski area, Grimentz/Zinal, has 21 lifts and 115 kilometres of piste. These are divided fairly evenly between the different levels of difficulty, so that nothing is left to be desired, and there is also a great freeride area. The "Saint-Luc/Chandolin" ski area reaches up to almost 3,000 metres, making it the highest ski area in Val d'Anniviers. 15 lifts and 60 kilometres of piste, divided into 20 km of blue, 30 km of red and 10 km of black slopes await winter sports enthusiasts here. The somewhat smaller "Vercorin" ski area leaves nothing to be desired with its 35 km of piste. Vercorin is a perfect ski area, especially for beginners, as it consists almost exclusively of easier pistes and only 3 km are marked as black pistes. 10 lifts can be used here.
