Location
The comfortable 4-star Berghotel is situated in a peaceful location at an altitude of around 1,080 m, approx. 2.5 km away from the resort centre of Dorfgastein. The ski bus stops right at the hotel and takes you comfortably to the Dorfgastein ski area (approx. 2.2 km). You can find a toboggan run around 2.5 km away and access to the cross-country trails is possible after approx. 2.2 km.Facilities
The hotel is run very personally and with great attention to detail and has a reception, lift, Wi-Fi and Internet corner, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, lounge, play room and a ski cellar. Free parking and carport spaces can also be used upon availability. There is also a charging station for electric cars (for a fee).In addition, the hotel's approx. 250 m² spa area with Alpine sauna, Swiss stone pine sauna, Kneipp pool, jacuzzi, "Brechl" bath, stone steam grotto, hay bed, waterbed, spiral showers, infrared cabin and Alpine relaxation garden is available free of charge (opening hours as per info in the hotel). Starting from December 2021, you can also make use of the new heated outdoor pool with indoor access, panoramic sauna, herbal sauna and fitness room. At the vitamin juice bar you can help yourself free of charge. Massages can be booked for a fee.
As a hotel customer you will also receive the Gastein Card for numerous discounts at partner companies in the region (see info on site).
Board
The half board is included in the holiday price. This comprises a welcome drink, a rich breakfast buffet with a vitality corner and three menus of choice and a salad bar in the evenings (both regional and international cuisine). A food-lover's menu and a dessert buffet, as well as a farmer's buffet, are offered weekly. - No lift pass voucher is issued for children up to and including the age of 5, they ride the Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski area and the Rauchleiten platter lift free of charge when accompanied by their parents. If your child uses the lifts independently, a minicard (lift pass) must be purchased on site.
