Location and facilities
The family-run Ferienhaus Bergsee is located in the resort district Hof-Zlapp and offers a breathtaking view of year-round snowy Grossglockner mountain. The ski bus stops in approx. 50 m and takes you to the Schareck valley station in a distance of approx. 1 km. Access to the nearest cross-country ski trail is available right next to the accommodation.The cosy holiday lodge's facilities include Wi-Fi, a sauna as well as a ski room with ski boot dryer and a washing machine (payable locally). The neighbouring farm has horses and ponys, cats and chicken. Free-of-charge parking places can be found based on availability.

Important notes
- No lift pass voucher is issued for children up to and including the age of 9. When accompanied by a parent, children from 5 to 9 years of age receive a "Schneemannkarte" snowman ticket (lift pass), which is payable on site at €9.50 per child per day. The children's rate applies for children travelling alone (e.g. in ski lessons). Children under 5 years are free of charge. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
- The Viehbühel and Hochfleiss T-bar lifts and the associated downhill runs will not be in operation in the 2023/24 winter season.
