Location and facilities
The nicely furnished Ferienhof Oberer Gollmitzer is located a little above Heiligenblut on an altitude of 1,500 m, approx. 2.5 km from the Großglockner-Heiligenblut ski area (Rossbachbahn). Shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached within approx. 2.5 km.Furnishing and board
The traditional rooms are partly equipped with shower and WC or shared shower/bath and shared WC and some have a TV and balcony. When booking one of the rooms, breakfast is included in the holiday price.The holiday lodge is a renovated farm and offers space for up to 19 persons. It offers a large eat-in kitchen with electric hob, oven, fireplace (use of wood, incl.), refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The farmers' parlour with large seating areas, satellite TV offers enough space for groups and families. Wi-Fi is available for free as well. The nine bedrooms each offer a wash basin. Furthermore there are a total of 4 bathrooms and 6 wcs. The balconies and the terrace have outdoor furniture. Self-catering. A bread roll service can be booked in resort for a locally payable fee (on request).

Important notes
- A snow chain is required for the journey.
- Please note that no loud parties are permitted in this accommodation.
- No lift pass voucher will be issued for children ages 9 and under. When accompanied by a parent, children between 5 and 9 years of age will receive a "Schneemannkarte" (lift pass), which will cost €9.50 per child, per day and must be paid in resort. For children travelling alone (e.g. in a ski lesson) the children's tariff applies. Children under the age of 5 ski for free. Further information is available at the lift office.
- The Viehbühel and Hochfleiss T-bar lifts and the associated downhill runs will not be in operation in the 2023/24 winter season.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Costs/Local Services).
