Location

The traditional 4-star Hotel & Gasthof Kirchenwirt is located approx. 2 km from the centre of Mandarfen. From there you can use the Rifflseebahn which gives you direct access to the Pitztal Rifflsee ski area. The Pitztaler Glacier ski area is approx. 7 km from the accommodation. The bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Additionally, the cross country ski trails (approx. 100m) are nearby.

Facilities

The cosy accommodation has a reception, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, bar and lounge, as well as a ski cellar with ski boot warmer. For those arriving by car, free parking spaces and a garage are subject to availability.

You can relax in the small spa area of the hotel in the sauna, steam bath or infrared cabin. There is also a winter garden, Kneipp treatments and a tea bar. You will find a spa bag with a rental bathrobe in your room and sauna towels (subject to availability) in the spa area.

Board

The half board PLUS includes a breakfast buffet with an organic corner and vitamin bar, as well as homemade jam. A prosecco breakfast is served every Sunday. The afternoon snack includes salads, soups, hot dishes and cakes or other regional specialities. A multi-course evening buffet with salad bar rounds off the day. Additionally, cheese specialities are offered every Sundays. A vegetarian, gluten-free (on request) and lactose-free (on request) diet is available. Special menus are served at Christmas and New Year's Eve.

Important notes

  • For children (born 2010 and later) no lift pass voucher will be provided, they will receive a free lift pass when accompanied by an adult.
  • When purchasing a 6-day lift pass (or more days) for the Pitztaler Gletscher & Rifflsee you can also use the lifts of the Kaunertal Glacier and the Fendels mountain lifts on two days with your lift pass, within the period of validity of your lift pass. If you purchase a 6-day lift pass, you can also ski for one day, within the period of validity in the Hochzeiger ski area free of charge.
