Ski holidays Stuben - a snowy paradise!

Stuben

The well-known and traditional winter sports resort of Stuben is the smallest of the five Arlberg resorts and lies at an altitude of 1,407 metres. This is where skiing pioneer Hannes Schneider was born in 1890, the founder of Austria's first ski school. The small mountain village radiates a lot of charm and cosiness and has retained its originality all this time. Those who spend their holidays here are more likely to seek romance and a dignified atmosphere than noisy après ski. That being said, those who don't want to do without the latter should spend a night in the party hotspot St. Anton (12 km). In Stuben itself, there are, of course, also a few bars where you can round off the day in an atmospheric setting. For those who want to stroll and shop, a trip to the sophisticated Lech, also only 12 km away, is recommended. Stuben is the ideal combination of sports and cosy get-togethers.

The Arlberg is an El Dorado for everybody without excpetions - beginners, professionaly and freeriders alike. Apart from perfectly prepared pistes, the area is known for its fantastic deep powder snow areas. Historically grown and sustainably developed resorts are typical or the region, which invites you to a fantastic stay in a traditional atmosphere and also offers a huge variety of leisure time activities, such as e.g. paragliding, horse-dawn sleigh rides, snow shoe hikes and tobogganing.
