- Bed linen and towels can only be reserved through the agency up to 6 days before arrival. Please contact the agency after receiving your travel documents (approx. two weeks before arrival).
- A lift pass voucher is not issued for children aged 4 or under and senior citizens aged 72 or over. You can purchase your lift pass on site at the lift ticket office upon presentation of appropriate proof (ID document and photo). Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
