Ski area Klausberg - Skiworld Ahrntal
At the valley station of the Klausberg ski area, there is a children's area where the little ones are in good hands. The so-called "Klausiland" offers little skiers many attractions. A magic carpet, the "Klausi Express", a snow igloo, the "Klausi Castle", slides and a slalom course provide entertainment. But there's even more on offer for younger guests on the Klausberg: The unique Dino-Fun-Line is a fun course with whoops, steep turns and small boxes. The parcour course is lined with ten life-size dinosaurs, including the Tyrannosaurus Rex.
In the Speikboden ski area, beginners in particular feel at home on the predominantly gentle slopes. One attraction is the modern Speikboden gondola lift, which covers an altitude difference of 900 metres in just eight minutes and transports you up to 2,000 metres. What is remarkable here is that the lifts run in a curve. At the mountain station, guests have to change to the chair lift, which takes them up to 2,250 metres. There is a great fun park right next to the Seenock piste, which provides plenty of adrenaline rushes.
Would you like to share all the impressions you gathered during your day's skiing with your friends and family? No problem! You have access to free Wi-Fi hotspots in many areas of the ski area. So you can share your fun with others immediately, send photos and keep up to date.
With the "Kronplatz combination ticket", you can spend a day skiing at Kronplatz with a 5-day lift pass or more. With a 6-day lift pass, for example, you can enjoy five days of skiing in Tauferer Ahrntal and one day of skiing at Kronplatz. The day at Plan de Corones/Kronplatz can be chosen freely within the validity of the lift pass. However, it is not possible to use the combination ticket on the same day at Plan de Corones/Kronplatz and in Valle Aurina/Tauferer Ahrntal.
Rules of conduct on ski pistes in Italy
To ensure safety on the ski slopes in Italy, stricter safety regulations have been in force since 2022. In order to use the ski areas, everyone must have liability insurance that covers damage to third parties. It will also be possible to take out this insurance on site for individual days. Drunken skiing is prohibited and punishable by heavy fines, with a maximum of 0.5 mg of alcohol per litre of blood. To reduce the risk of injury, helmets are also compulsory for all minors when skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing.Night skiing Klausberg - Skiworld Ahrntal
The Tauferer Ahrntal region has a lot to offer, and not just because of the nearby Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park. The opportunity to turn night into day should also not be overlooked. Thanks to lighting, the ski lift in Weißenbach can be used until late in the evening. Twice a week, the ski area offers the opportunity to ski at night. The pistes are then brightly lit with state-of-the-art LED technology. The energy-saving technology makes night skiing particularly environmentally friendly. On the days when the pistes are open, they are freshly groomed at dusk.Après ski Klausberg - Skiworld Ahrntal
A fast-paced toboggan ride during the day or at night is particularly popular with young and old. Snowshoeing, icefall climbing and ice skating also guarantee plenty of fun and action. A special highlight is the "Klausberg Flitzer" toboggan run on the Klausberg. The toboggan run is the longest Alpine rollercoaster in Italy and offers fun for young and old. Riders can set their own speed. It can reach up to 40 km/h. Every lift pass even includes a free ride!
Snowpark Klausberg - Skiworld Ahrntal: Snowpark Funtaklaus
Located at an altitude of around 2,400 metres, the Funtaklaus fun park on the Klausberg is one of the best snowparks in the Alps. With its multitude of kickers, rails, boxes and special lines, it offers perfect conditions for beginners, advanced riders and pros. It is divided into two areas, is regularly redesigned and has already been the training location for freeski star Markus Eder - a real highlight for all freestyle fans.
The Speikboden snowpark is located at around 2,250 metres above sea level right next to the Seenock piste and is easily accessible via the Seenock 4-chair lift. The 700-metre-long park is divided into an easy line for beginners with small kickers and boxes and a medium line with larger rails, boxes and kickers up to around 14 metres. Right next door is the fun line with banked turns, a snail tunnel installation and the mascot "Speiky", which ensures fun - including high-five moments for freestylers of all ages. The daily well-maintained facility is ideal for beginners and experienced riders alike. There is a speed line at the end of the park where your speed is professionally measured and captured as a photo moment.
