Location

The modern 3-star Historic Guesthouse Bircher inn is situated approx. 250 m away from the centre of Maria Trens (Gemeinde Freienfeld). The centre of Sterzing deserves a visit, and is approx. 5,4 km away from the accommodation. Access to the ski slopes is provided by the Rosskopf mountain railway approx. 6,1 km away. Approximately 5 km away there is an indoor swimming pool, the Balneum. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 6,1 km. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 5 km away from the hotel. Ski buses stop right at the door. The Freienfeld railway station can be reached after approx. 900 m. Local shopping opportunities lie within approx. 200 m.

Facilities

Our accommodation features various amenities, such as a reception (08:00 - 12:00 & 15:00 - 19:00, subject to change), Wi-Fi, a common room, a lift, a breakfast room and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski cellar. Drivers can use a parking lot, a parking garage (for a fee) and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Children

Cots are provided for a fee, high chairs can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Board

The bed and breakfast plus catering plan includes a buffet style breakfast (08:00 - 11:00). In the afternoon (15:00 - 18:00) guests can treat themselves to coffee and cake, whereby tea will also be served. On request, we also serve lactose-free dishes (for a fee), gluten-free (for a fee) as well as vegetarian (for a fee) alternatives.
