Please check the redemption conditions of your gift voucher and enter your voucher code in the adjacent field.
As a rule, vouchers cannot be combined with each other, only vouchers per person can be redeemed consecutively. If it is not possible to redeem a voucher, please contact our customer service immediately after making your booking.

• If the value of the gift voucher value exceeds the holiday price for the respective traveller, the excess voucher value will be forfeited. A credit note will not be issued unless it is a voucher from our Refer a Friend Programme. In this case, please contact us.
• Automatically entered vouchers (e.g. "Refer a friend") are entered directly with the booking.
• If you would like to use a gift voucher, you can redeem it through us.

After entering the gift voucher code and the personal details of the lead traveller, press the "Redeem voucher" button. A new overview with the amended price will be displayed, taking into account the reduction from the gift voucher. The reduction is shown for Traveller 1 (lead traveller). To finalise your booking, click the button Book with obligation to pay at the end of the page.
